Choose between three specially-crafted scent blends to de-stress, energise, or to clear the sinuses and help you breathe easier:
Relax - take time out for yourself with a shower steamer infused with lavender, ylang-ylang, and cypress essential oils.
Invigorate - enjoy an energising shower with a shower steamer infused with peppermint, orange, lemongrass, and grapefruit oils.
Breathe - stimulate the mind and ease congestion with a shower steamer infused with a blend of eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon, and menthol crystals.

How to use a shower steamer:
1. Get the shower cubicle hot and steamy, adjust the temperature how you like it and then step into the shower with the steamer.
2. Place it on the shower floor, but not in the direct flow of water. You could also place the steamer on a shelf in the shower, if you have one. If you have a shower that's in a bath pop the steamer on the edge of the bath next to the taps so it gets a sprinkle of water to start the fizzing.
3. As the steamer gently fizzes away, the aromatherapy essential oils are released into the steamy atmosphere. All you need to do is relax and inhale the benefits of the essential oils.
