Delivery

We hope that you're as excited to receive your order as we are! We don't like waiting for parcels (and we're sure you don't too) so we dispatch orders within 2 working days. 

Free Tracked 48 standard delivery when you spend over £40, or free Tracked 24 express delivery when you spend £100 or more!

If your order qualifies, free delivery will be automatically applied to your order so you don't need to do anything.

We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. Here's an overview of our postage and packaging charges which are based on the weight of your parcel:

Tracked 48 (usually 2-4 days) - up to 2kg: £3.89

Tracked 48 (usually 2-4 days) - over 2kg: £7.09

Tracked 24 (usually 1-2 business days) - up to 2kg: £4.69

Tracked 24 (usually 1-2 business days) - over 2kg: £8.09

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - up to 1kg: £9.85

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - 1-2kg: £12.65


We are only able to deliver within the UK and Isle of Man* due to EU cosmetic regulations.

*Please note delivery prices to the Isle of Man are the same as the UK, however delivery to the Isle of Man will take longer than the times stated above - typically 2-3 working days for Tracked 24, 3-5 working days for Tracked 48, and 2 working days for Royal Mail Special Delivery by 5.30pm.

Returns policy

Want to return an item?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns unless we are at fault. If you have any problem with your order at all please contact us, we're always happy to help resolve any issues.

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?

If you’re not happy then we’re not happy so we’d like to do our utmost to help. Please get in touch with us by sending an email to hello@bloominsoap.co.uk. 

Damaged items

If the contents of your parcel gets damaged in the post, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email. Attach pictures of the packaging and your purchases. We are happy to refund or exchange any damaged product at our expense. 

Missing items

If any of the items you ordered are missing or incorrect, first of all we’re really sorry! Please use our contact form on the contact page to get in touch straight away and we’ll get right on it. 

Order not arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it to please get in touch.

Changed your mind?

If you’ve placed and paid for your order and then changed your mind, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If we haven’t posted your order yet we can make changes to it.

Refunds

If for any reason we refund part of, or your entire order, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible after we've received the returned items (including the original postage costs), but please bear in mind that this could take up to 10 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
