We hope that you're excited to receive your order, so we’ll do our best to get it out to you as quickly as we can. We post orders three times a week using Royal Mail - you can choose between a 1st or 2nd class delivery service from dispatch of your order.

 

We're now pleased to offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery when you spend over £35!

 

We currently ship within the UK only due to EU cosmetic regulations. Here's an overview of our postage and packaging charges:

Royal Mail 1st class (UK)

(arrives 1-2 working days)

Up to 1kg: £4.15

From 1 - 2kg: £5.95

Orders above 2kg will be sent by courier

From 2 - 7.5kg: £8.65 

From 7.5kg and above: £11.40

Royal Mail 2nd class (UK)

(arrives 2-3 working days)

Up to 1kg: £3.50

From 1 - 2kg: £4.50

Orders above 2kg will be sent by courier

From 2 - 7.5kg: £8.65 

From 7.5kg and above: £11.40

 We are a small family-run business so please bear with us if we can’t post your order right away - we’re probably up to our elbows in soap batter. Of course, if you just can’t wait and need your order super quick, get in touch by filling in our contact form and we’ll pull out all the stops to get your order to you in lightning speed. 

returns & exchange policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?

If you’re not happy then we’re not happy so we’d like to do our utmost to help. You may return your purchase unused, with all labels and packaging within 14 working days for a refund or exchange (postage at your expense). We’ll process your refund as soon as possible after we've received the returned items (including the original postage costs), but please bear in mind that this could take up to 10 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

If you have used our products and for any reason are not happy, please let us know by sending us an email and we will process a refund if we deem it reasonable. 

 

Damaged items

If your purchase gets damaged in the post, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email and attach pictures of the packaging and your purchases. We are happy to refund or exchange any faulty product at our expense. 

 

Missing items

If any of the items you ordered are missing or incorrect, first of all we’re really sorry! Please get in touch with us straight away and we’ll get right on it. 

 

Order not arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it to please get in touch.

 

Changed your mind?

If you’ve placed and paid for your order and then changed your mind, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If we haven’t posted your order yet we can make changes to it.

 

If you changed your mind after receiving your order please get in touch with us. You’ll need to return your items in a fully saleable condition, unused with all labels and packaging.
